WHAT IS XOM?
The XOM program is an 8-Week Mentoring and Coaching Program that will develop Critical Core Skills and Personal Mastery.
🟡 The XOM program is strictly for XOs (X-Offenders).
🟡 Candidates MUST have graduated from the XOA (Accelerator) Training Program in order to apply for XOM.
🟡 Interested candidates who fill out this E-Application will be shortlisted for an interview process before being accepted into the XOM program.
